Dried Whole Prunes
Deeply rich in color and texture, the Moyer prunes has quickly become a customer favorite since we introduced it a few years ago. We love this extra large, flavor packed variety, which we discovered on a visit to Oregon a few years back. A serving of five dried plums provides 3 grams of dietary fiber, which means they make for a great low-calorie but deeply filling (and fulfilling) snack.
