We dry our Red Flames fresh from their August harvest right in the California sun without any preservatives. High in iron and dietary fiber, raisins make for a sweet and guilt-free snack. Our Red Flame Raisins are also perfect for baking. They provide that sweet tasty burst of fruit in your favorite muffin or raisin bread recipe.
