Seedless Muscat Raisins
The Seedless Muscat, with its distinct aroma and flavor, makes for some of the most unique and rare raisins and when crushed, creates some of the finest dessert wines. The problem with drying the traditional Muscat is that Muscat Grapes typically have large pronounced seeds. On our Modesto ranch we've cultivated a Seedless Muscat variety that is smaller and not sticky, making it perfect for bakers to handle with ease in the kitchen as these Muscats will not need slicing or create such a mess. Many have said they make the perfect raisin.
