  • One trick we use to get our fruit so large and sweet is removing fruit from the tree in April and May. When properly done, this will allow the tree to produce large, sweet, and flavorful fruit.
    
    
• Frost and Hail (click here for full story)
  • Although it has been getting warm, frost and hail have still been a threat. Just about two weeks ago we had frost damage and we can still have a threat of hail till May.
    
    
• Oranges to Cherries (click here for full story)
  • We are just finishing up drying the last bit of our certified organic oranges. We are now preparing for cherry season, which is right around the corner! Soon we'll be drying our certified organic cherries.
