Just when we thought we could relax, Mr. Jack Frost snuck out early one morning in March. Many farmers didn't even see him coming until it was too late. Farmers will need to pay close attention to the weather from March till May. In these three months, when most Califorans are working on their first tan for the season, frost likes to sneak up without warning.
