Many thanks to all of you who sent in a recipe for the Bake Off. The recipes presented to us in the bake off were so good, it made it difficult to pick the three winners.
When we tried the spectacular Bella Viva Bars, presented to us by Emily, it was an instant favorite and won first place based on our judging of: taste and quality, relevant use of dried fruit, and ease of baking.
