Mrs.
We have used puffed, seeded, Muscat raisins in our turkey dressing during the holidays. This recipe is possibly 100 years old. We boil the raisins, mashing some and it forms a wine broth we mix with giblet broth. It’s a darker dressing, but cherished in our family. Muscat raisins are hard to find and I so appreciate they are grown here in California at BellaViva Orchards. They got them to my home in one day after I found them. It saved my holiday! Thank you!

I've been searching for this very raisin for maybe 20 years! A childhood memory of Christmas past and family also passed. Met every expectation, juicy, sweet and crunchy. I gave several lbs to family members who were equally happy.

Flavor wonderful for grinding w nuts as a filling for Christmas cookies. Seeds were really hard though and better if extract if it were possible
So Happy to Have Found These
Every year I make mincemeat from a well over 100 year old family recipe. As time goes by, the ingredients are harder and harder to find. I haven't been able to find seeded muscat raisins in years until now! Not only is it wonderful to have a "called for" ingredient and not have to substitute, but these muscats are fresh and soft; I'm guessing the way they were back when my great-great grandmother was making this recipe. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome
Fruitcake
Every couple of years I bake fruitcake, yes fruitcake, for my husband. The recipe calls for Muscat Raisins which are not available in any of my local stores. This product is just what I needed! Fruitcake success!

I haven't had them in years and they were/are wonderful! Cannot wait to try them in my Great-grandmother's plum pudding..........

Very good and tasty

With my last order I included the Muscat Raisins
with seeds to try out.
They are delicious and I like the old fashioned
idea of having fruit with seeds. because whole
food packs a nutritional wallop.
On my next order with Bella Vista, I will definitely
include these raisins again.
Great!
These muscat raisins have a very intense flavor.....we use them in desserts, smoothies, cereal, ice cream and right out of the bag as a snack.....yummy. The crunchy seeds add another dimension to otherwise mundane off-the-shelf raisins and are very healthy for you. Love them!
