Our fruit production has wrapped up for the year and we’ve made use of every bit of the season’s sweet and nutritious bounty. The trees that bore these precious fruits are now bare and now’s the time for us to get out into our orchards and make preparations for next year.

When it comes to producing ROC certified fruits, it means we are regenerating the health of the soil through practices such as planting cover crops in our orchards, composting and sparing the earth from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. It’s about creating and maintaining an environment where our team members are treated fairly. Being ROC certified means we are going beyond incorporating sustainable practices and actually consciously healing the earth.
