All BVO Made products are upcycled. Why? Wehave a passion for reducing food waste. By repurposing imperfect fruit, we're saving more than just fresh fruit from going to livestock feed or worse, then landfill. Every pound of BVO upcycled fruit saves an average of 400 gallons of water (the water it took to grow the crop) and so many other farm inputs like fuel, soil nutrients, hard work and more from being wasted and increasing our carbon footprint.

We Produce BVO Made Dried Fruit. Why? We are obsessed with maintaining the fruit's natural color, flavor, and nutrients. By controlling the entire process, we can be sure every bite is as close to perfect as possible. We do this using our proprietary process developed over many years.

BVO Made Fruit Has Only One Single Ingredient. Why? Because it's about what's not in your food :: no added sugar in any of its disguises like apple juice concentrate, brown rice syrup or evaporated cane juice. :: no sulfur dioxide or any other preservative:: no oils, no dyes, no other materials. If you can think of it, we haven't added it.
