Great salt free tomatoes

I order these regularly and use them when cooking beans, broth, and soups. They grind easily in the blender and add flavor and nutrition without salt.

They have lost acidity and taste a bit sweet, which is strange for tomatoes.

I expected them to be moist

I expected them to be moist, but they're crispy. I note that the packaging insert says I can spray them with water to make them softer. I have not tried this yet, but I think they are over-dehydrated.
