This review is only for this year's batch that I recently received

This review is only for this year's batch that I recently received. I've been eating these for around 3 years now. This batch of prunes are tiny and less tasty than previous years'. Also, 2 pits so far in one bag. Last year's batch was 5 stars. It's a natural product, so every year can't be the best. I will order again next year.

Rey disappointed. Poor quality.

Your dried organic prunes have always been large and reasonably plump, but the first bag of my most resent purchase is full of tiny, dry, overly chewy. Flavor and texture is very poor. If the plums from next bag are the same, I will look for another supplier.

Hello Sandra,
We always try to provide the largest size available across our products. However, prune sizing can vary depending on the harvest, and unfortunately, when the crop produces smaller fruit, that is what we have available.

Because sizing can fluctuate from harvest to harvest, we do not advertise a specific size for our prunes on our website. At this time, the prune size we have available is 50/60.

Since you mentioned that the prunes are drier and chewier than you expected and that you’re not satisfied with their quality, we would be happy to process a return for you. We offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. Please email us at customerexperience@bellaviva.com or call (209)883-9015 to get a return started for you.

Thank you for choosing Bella Viva Orchards.
