Regenerative Organic Certified California Apricots

It took awhile to arrive from the west to the east, but it was well worth the waiting. These dried fruits were the best I have ever had .....incredibly fresh and tasty. I will definitely buy these again. Thank you.

The flavor is great, but I subtracted a star because the apricots were really dry. I’ve sprayed them twice but need to give them one more spray (I’m using a very fine mister to avoid too much water, which could result in molding). It’s a bit tricky finding the right amount of spraying. Each time I remove them from the bag, place them in a wide relatively shallow bowl, spray and mix them to try and evenly spread the moisture before returning to bag. Then I put the bag in the fridge for a few days to avoid molding and test them. So it’s a bit of a long process, but worth it.

Delicious and tangy - so much better than any I can find in a store. I simmer them until soft and add to plain Greek yogurt - scrumptious!

Love the sweet-tart flavor and the chewy texture.
