Dried California Tangy Apricots

I needed these California dried apricots, specifically, for a recipe that came out delicious. It was amazing to me that all dried apricots found in my local stores were Turkish - even Sun Maid. Thank you Bella Vive

Grew up in Santa Clara valley with 35 acres of cots. Never had a 4th of a it was the peak of the cot season. These dried cots were excellent quality, free of tray splinters (!) and full flavor. Pity the poor sob that thinks Turkish dried cots are ‘the standard’.
